RICHMOND (KRON) -- Two people are wounded after a drive-by shooting outside a market on the north side of Richmond.
Witnesses say three adult men were standing in front of the Rancho Market and Deli at Market and Fifth Street in Richmond when a car approached. Someone inside the vehicle opened fire.
Investigators say one of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries and is now in the hospital. A second victim suffered minor injuries while the third man wasn't hit at all, police say.
Contra Costa County Sheriff's investigators say they don't have a description for either the vehicle or the people inside. No word yet on a possible motive.
If you know anything about this crime, contact the Contra Costa County Sheriff's department or your local authorities.
