OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) - A man pushing a child in a toy stroller has been shot to death in Oakland.

     

Police say the child is OK.

     

Investigators say the Wednesday afternoon shooting occurred in a housing complex in east Oakland.

     

Reports say the man, whose name hasn't been released, was pushing a young child in the toy car stroller when a gunman opened fire.

     

The gunman fled in a car. There are no arrests.
