Update: Lanes Reopened After Collision Snarls Golden Gate Bridge Traffic During Morning Commute

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON)--The California Highway Patrol has reopened all northbound lanes on the Golden Gate Bridge following a collision that backed up traffic Tuesday morning.
 
According to the CHP, the crash was reported at about 8:20 a.m.Tuesday,  and a Sig-alert was issued at 8:38 a.m. after traffic backed up in both directions.
     
Lanes were reopened just after 9 a.m.
