VALLEJO (KRON) -- The search for a missing teenager is stretching from Vallejo to Fairfield to Sacramento as authorities look for any clue as to what might have happened to 16-year old Olivia Mederos.

The teen was last seen Saturday night sneaking out of her father's home in Fairfield.

"I haven't talked with her since last weekend for her 16th birthday party," the missing girl's mother Shilo Moya-Roy tells KRON 4's Reggie Kumar.  "There was a tip not too long ago given to the investigator regarding a neighbor saying that she went to her house Saturday night and asked to use the phone.  Apparently a silver van pulled up with multiple people in it and she left stating they were going to Sacramento to someone's house."

Family and friends held a vigil for the teenager Wednesday night.  They're urging anyone with information about what might have happened to the girl to contact Fairfield police.

Olivia didn't have a cell phone with her.  Investigators say the teen had argued with her father about her grades in school and letters she had written to friends at Rodriguez High School who are in juvenile all.
