SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) -- Prosecutors plan to file misdemeanor DUI charges against Oakland Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey this afternoon after he was pulled over on the Bay Bridge last month.
      
Heyward-Bey was arrested at about 2 a.m. on April 7 while driving east on the lower deck of the Bay Bridge.
      
According to police, He was driving a 2012 Range Rover and was observed traveling slightly above the speed limit and weaving.
      
An officer pulled Heyward-Bey over and arrested him on suspicion of DUI after he submitted to a chemical test.
      
Prosecutors plan to charge Heyward-Bey this afternoon with misdemeanor DUI and having a blood-alcohol content above .08.
      
He is scheduled to be arraigned on May 31.
