SAN JOSE (KRON) -- Prosecutors in San Jose are looking for more potential victims of a man accused of molesting two young girls and a mentally disabled 18-year old woman.

33-year old Waking Bailey is facing four felony charges including three counts of lewd acts on a child and one count of rape of an incapable person.

Investigators say Bailey spent four years as a staff member at Eastfield Ming Quong (EMQ) – a facility in Los Gatos which houses children who are dependents of the court.  One victim, a twelve-year old girl, says Bailey would come into her room at the facility starting in 2009 and sexually assaulted her.  Last year another girl at EMQ reported Bailey had sexually abused her over a three year period from when she was six until nine years of age.  Authorities say Bailey would show the girl pornographic videos on his iPhone to show her what to di.

EMQ eventually put Bailey on administrative leave but authorities say he then went to work for AchieveKids, a facility for the developmentally disabled in San Jose.  Prosecutors say he took an 18-year old woman with the mental age of a five or six year old to a sporting event with his wife and kids.  After dropping the family off at home, authorities say Bailey raped the woman.  AchieveKids reportedly continued to employ Bailey even after he was suspended from EMQ.

“Bailey chose his victims because they were especially vulnerable. He targeted and took advantage of not just kids, but victims with special needs,’’ said Marisa McKeown, who is prosecuting the case. “We encourage the public to provide whatever information they have on other possible victims so he can be held accountable for his predatory behavior."

If you know anything about other potential victims contact Los Gatos/Monte Sereno police or Santa Clara County prosecutors.
