OAKLAND (KRON) -- Police are looking for a man with a Jamaican accent who sexually assaulted a woman earlier this month in a public restroom.

The 45-year old victim says the man was already inside the restroom at 666 Belleview Avenue when she entered.  When she saw him, she says she turned and tried to walk away but first he was able to grab her from behind and attack her.

After the assault ended the man, 30-39 years old, 6'2", 210 lbs, with a muscular build, dark complexion, brown eyes, black dreadlocks with brown tips and a tattoo on the right side of his neck managed to get away.  Again the victim says the man had a Jamaican accent.
