SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Prosecutors say they now have surveillance video that shows there was a conspiracy to murder an alleged pimp in San Francisco's Bayview District

Four people are charged with the July 4th murder of alleged pimp Calvin Sneed.

District Attorney George Gascon says San Francisco police obtained the video from a law enforcement camera that shows Barry Gilton, Alfonso Williams, and Antonio Gilton meeting before and after the murder at Grove and Broderick near Alamo Square.  Cell phone records appear to show the three were together in the Bayview at the same time as the drive-by shooting that left Sneed dead, Gascon says.

Authorities say the three targeted Sneed because he was allegedly pimping Barry Gilton's 17-year old daughter.  The teen's mother Lupe Mercado is also charged in the killing.

“Revenge outside of the law is not justice within it,” Gascon said in a written statement. “The parents did not turn to the San Francisco Police Department but instead turned to other people and conspired to
commit a murder.”

All four defendants are due back in court next Thursday.
